What’s up Santa Cruz, I’m Maya Crelan Ray with David Lyng Real Estate. Let’s look at what’s happening with the Santa Cruz California Real Estate market. At the time of this recording, there were 35 active single family listings in Santa Cruz, 20 pending homes, and 17 homes that sold in January. Homes sold for an average of $1.45 million and were on the market an average of 75 days. On the Westside of Santa Cruz, CA 95060, we only have 6 active single family homes on the market, with 5 pending and 3 homes sold in January. The average sale price was $1.52 Million after spending and average of 29 days on the market. So you can see, with the changing market, it is no surprise to us that homes are staying on the market longer and prices have come down a bit. But with the with the current limited inventory out there, especially on the Westside of Santa Cruz we are continuing to have a strong sellers market.
