Is it a good time to sell here in Santa Cruz California? Well, let’s look at what happened recently.
In Santa Cruz we currently at the time of this video we have 30 homes that are active. The average time to sell is only 8 days and homes are getting 113% of the list price. Now you may be wondering if it’s a good time to sell on the Westside of Santa Cruz. On the Westside, we have only 6 active single family homes on the market and in April 30 homes were sold. So here in Santa Cruz we have very low inventory and strong buyer demand.
